Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing collections for our products ranging from trend analysis, collection designs and  the completion of specifications for fitting and production
• Work closely with the Sales and Production team to facilitate development processes and schedules from product development, sourcing of materials and trims, etc.
• Implement design concepts into technical drawings and size fitting; monitor the progress on sample-marking
• Conduct market research including fashion trends, material, trim, colors, theme boards, etc.
• Present collection designs to customers
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree or diploma holder in fashion design
• At least 3 years of working experience in fashion design
• Solid experience in seamless and knit products will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, creative with good fashion sense and can meet tight deadlines
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in using Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Work in Dongguan 4 days per week; Hong Kong 1 day per week
