Our client is an internationally recognized luxury brand that is vastly expanding in Asia Pacific. They are looking for motivated individuals to join their buying team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare various detailed sales performance reports and provide administrative support to the buying team
• Assist all aspects of buying trips preparations and follow up on order placement
• Support the buyer in handling all merchandising related issues to ensure a timely management for all orders and deliveries
• monitor closely on a detailed open to buy (OTB) system controlling sales and stock levels to maintain seasonal target
• Well planning skills with complex product categories, managing high sku and aligning with Global and APAC team.
• manage and guide a team of merchandisers & coordination with cross functional team to achieve excellent KPI to meet corporate expectation.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Degree/higher diploma holder in Fashion & Textile or other related discipline
• With 10 years work experience in buying and merchandising, preferable in the fashion retail industry
• Well interpersonal skill with corporation mindset
• Strong analytical sense and able to work under pressure
• Good Competence in Word and Excel
• Organized and proactive way of working
• Passionate about luxury retail products
