Job Description

Key Purpose

  • Assist Product Management Director to manage Regional development for Lee AP, to implement overall brand strategy
  • Cooperate with Cross-functional teams throughout the whole product life-cycle, ensure a smooth product development and product launch
  • Develop and work closely with licensed markets in the APAC region, making sure the product is locally relevant without deviating from the brand values and overall design direction

Responsibilities:

Product Management

  • Formulate merchandising plan to achieve overall brand strategy and financial requirement
  • Work closely with AP Design teams and markets, to drive development for AP, balancing between market trend, market needs and brand positioning
  • Responsible for product sign off, sample order, pricing, and margin control
  • Being the main contact for collaborations and handle the contractual work around it

Product Data Management

  • Create and Maintain Product information in system, ensure information accuracy
  • Provide and Communicate with internal and external teams on all product related information for alignment throughout the product life-cycle
  • Manage Line list, sell-in Tools, order report

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct Regular market visit to understand the target consumers, market trend and competition
  • Analyze competitors’ product and pricing to support Product management decision
  • Analyze Sales data, monitor business performance and product trend to identify growth opportunities

Presentation and Communication

  • Provide Seasonal Product Training to Front Line and Distributors
  • Present seasonal concept and product
  • Communicate Closely with Cross-functional teams on sampling, product information, product development, ordering and sales related matters

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent in related discipline, subjects related to fashion is a plus
  • minimum 5 years of experience in product management or business development, preferably working with South East Asia and having experience of collaborations and contract management
  • Strong Analytical Skill, detail minded, good in Excel
  • Strong Knowledge and passionate for denim industries and fashion trends
  • Strong in presentation and communication, able to work in multicultural environment
  • Strong in time management and planning
  • Proficient in collaborations and contract handling
  • Knowledge in SAP is a Plus
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
