Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and review full spectrum of quality policy associated product specification and customer requirement to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in preventing and detecting quality problem.
• Coordinate with other internal division to identify the requirement inspection plans and quality standards
• Identify Quality related training need and provide training
• Evaluate and conduct audit on supplier performance in terms of production process, quality and
• Conduct production improvement plan for supplier
• Handle and resolve adhoc quality issue
• Lead and grow supplier quality team
• Knowledge in garment fit, construction, manufacturing process, well-versed in both cut , paper pattern & sewn knit/ woven items
• Supervise the team to handle customers’ and suppliers enquiries in a timely manner
• Conduct audits in the manufacturing sites of the company, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure in compliance with the set policies and procedures
• Manage all compliance requirements and provide solutions and recommendations
• Establish and maintain a program for monitoring a compliance metrics
• Keep abreast of the industrial trends in social compliance
• Knowledge in quality management, social compliance standards, international compliance standard requirements for US, Europe

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Fashion Design, Textile & Clothing, or related disciplines .
• Minimum 5 years management experience in product testing, quality control and process improvement   or   Minimum 5 years experience in factory audit and assessment, preferably in garment industry.
• Good time management and communication skills, can work under pressure, and meet thigh schedules .
• Advanced knowledge in pattern creation, grading and sample creation with the ability to provide effective and cost efficient pattern and workmanship solutions and an understanding of apparel construction, material construction and properties related to fit.
