Responsibilities include: 

• Schedule projects and define time constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on both requirements and your creativity
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs by hand or Adobe Suite
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing team

• Maintain Company Website, brochure and all associates marketing materials with up to date information

Required Qualifications: 

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Multimedia and Graphic Design or related discipline
• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign software suites is a must
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in-house creative departments
• Excellent communication skills and effectively conveying creative ideas in a collaborative environment
• Disciplined time management and highly organized to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Inquisitive and stay up-to-date on latest industry trends in art direction, designs and technologies
• Enthusiastic and flexible work ethic
• Immediate available is highly preferred
