Job Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with clients in English to develop new handbag collections each season.
• Submit latest trend boards to clients in UK, South Africa and USA.
• Visit Guangzhou fabric markets to source new fabrics for clients.
• Meeting clients in Guangzhou showroom to finalize latest collections.
• Assisting clients to CAD up designs and fabrics prior to developing.
• Submit tech packs in Chinese to the company sample room in Guangzhou.
• Responsible for monitoring customer development samples with sample room.
• Check development samples before sending to clients for approval.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in similar position is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of fabrics and construction of handbags is a pre-requisite.
• Strong fashion sense and up to date with international color trends is an advantage.
• Travel to factories and sample room in China will be required.
• Good time management and self-motivated to work independently will be expected.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator, Power Point, is a pre-requisite.
• Located in Hong Kong, but must be willing to travel in China for customer meetings.
• Proficiency to communicate in both written and spoken English and Chinese are a pre-requisite.
• Immediately available preferable but negotiable.
