Responsibilities

• Assist in designing functions of ladies'/men's wear from trend analysis, creative direction projection, design of marketable collections to completion of specification for fitting and production
• Convert design directions and concepts to technical drawings & size fitting; adapting designs for mass production; following up team progress on pre-production / production
• Attend trade shows; source fabric and trims 
• Assist team head and management with routine tasks such as trend research, material and trim sourcing, colors, theme boards, coordination with factory and vendors
• Perform any ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Fashion Design or related discipline
• At least 5 years' solid experience in ladies'/men's wear, in which strong in graphics is highly preferred
• Good in Photoshop and Illustrator, experience for any 3D software such as Browzswear and CLO will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, independent and good team player
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese 
• Can be work under pressure to meet short deadline
