Marketing Assistant

Job Duties :

-          Assist in planning and executing marketing plans, advertising and promotion activities

-          Company website and social media platforms updating and monitoring

-          Contact with media for advertising and articles writing

-          Liaison with service providers on development and production of marketing collaterals

-          Handle output files and graphic editing for printed products

-          Design and packaging artwork from start to finish

-          Liaise with contractors, suppliers and clients

-          Responsible for graphic design for product packaging, printed advertising materials and marketing collaterals

-           Provide assistance in ad hoc projects assigned

-           

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Graphic Design,Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines.
• 1 year experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Able to handle multiple projects independently.
• Creative, Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and attention to details.
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• With knowledge in Macromedia (Flash MX / Dreamweaver MX) would be at an advantage
• Self-initiative team player and willing to work under pressure
