An interior design company is looking for a seasoned professional to provide in-house advisory service to the designers on sustainability design.  Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Key Job Duties:

• Provide prompt update to the Company for new legislation and certification standards impacting the industry
• Plan, develop, implement and monitor Company environmental strategies on projects and workplace
• Communicate the plans, formulate budgets and market Company green strategies to colleagues, clients, vendors and Company Stakeholders
• Create marketing materials intended to generate awareness of sustainability issues
• Measure and evaluate Company’s sustainability performance and evaluate green strategies to Company leadership
• Provide support to projects on sustainability issues

Requirements

• Qualified professional with a minimum of 8 years’ practical experience in sustainability design/advice/consultancy in active design and passive design of sustainable projects, LEED AP and/or WELL AP with relevant experience is in advantage
• Good in communication, preferably in both Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English
• Self-motivated, hardworking, can work independently
