We are hiring Sales Associate for our shop at Tsim Sha Tsui Harbour City and Central Landmark. We are looking for a motivated, team focused individual with great organizational and time management skills. Prior retail experience preferred.

Sales Associate:

• Maximize sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Maintain smooth daily store operation
• Store Excellence Operations Procedures
• Passionate in delivering outstanding customer services and provide fashion advice
  

• 協助店舖日常運作及產品銷售建立品牌形象
• 提供卓越的顧客服務
• 主動積極為顧客提供服飾配搭的意見
• 達成公司既定銷售目標

Requirement

• Minimum 3 year experience in retail industry
• Experience in Luxury brand is an advantage
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Pleasant, energetic and service-oriented

Salary Package

• Basic Salary plus
• Pool Commission Scheme plus
• Individual Sales Commission
• Total Monthly Salary $18,000 - $23,000
• Guaranteed $8,000 Commission in first three months 
• 8 days Day-off per month
• 12 days Annual Leave
