Job Description

How you will contribute

• Handle domestic deliveries and oversea logistics among suppliers and customers
• Coordinate with suppliers on varies projects and orders to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met
• Supply materials and support our retail needs
• Maintain product record and price update
• Review and verify merchandise according to standard
• Keep records of activities engaged in distributing and returning materials between partners/suppliers
• Maintain inventory accuracy and system updating
• Ad hoc project assigned by Management

Who you are

• 3 to 5 years of experience with the jewellery industry
• Supply chain and logistic experiences is preferred
• Experience in sourcing will be a bonus
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Organized, patient, be able to work under pressure
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a plus
• Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
