Job Description

• Reporting to Operation Manager
• Responsible for inventory control, stock planning, replenishment and inventory management for teams in all regions
• Assess processes with the operation that affect stock levels and recommend improvements to ensure an accurate inventory
• Monitor and liaise with teams to ensure that appropriate stock levels and production capacity can meet demand
• Compile inventory reports and lists for review, and provide timely, accurate and comprehensive information related to all aspects of inventory management
• Coordinate write-off, disposal and approval procedures in complying with warehouse management requirements
• Communicate & coordinate with teams and other stakeholders to establish an effective support service
• Assist to handle shipping documents and import & export issues
• Occasional travel to overseas may be required
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree above, preferably in supply chain related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in PMC, supply and demand planning, warehouse management or supply chain role
• Experience in MLM, manufacturing or supply chain industry would be an advantage
• Proficient in computer skills (specially MS Excel, Vlook up, Pivot Table) with practical experience in inventory management system
• Strong numerical sense and logical thinking
• Organized and able to plan effectively
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
• Immediate available is preferred
