Report to: Customer Order Management (COM) Manager, Regional Asia Pacific   

Job Description:

• To assist Customer Order Management (COM) Manager in Region Asia Pacific (RAP) to delivery best available E-Commerce products within RAP.
• To streamline and standardize Detention and Demurrage processes, monitor D&D revenue collection, and continuously improve reporting standard and to ensure our policy is up to market standard.
• Variety of E-commerce projects, requires independent project management and coordination with various departments.
• Monthly and quarterly D&D reporting, budgeting and several enhancement projects every year.
• Coordinate E-Commerce new initiatives, project and activities in the Region.
• Assist Area offices to deliver agreed E-Commerce targets for the year.
• Provide E-Commerce knowledge within Region RAP as new products and channels are available.
• Coordinate with Area offices to ensure detention and demurrage process is handled in efficient and effective manner
• Coordinate with Headquarter for Detention and Demurrage process standardization.

Qualifications:

• 3 years working experience in shipping or logistics industry or similar experience in process management.
• Preferably Degree or Diploma holder
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and written in English, fluent oral Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent knowledge on MS Office applications
• Result oriented and decisive.
• Ability to quickly respond to changing market and working environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Responsible, able to work fully independently and under pressure.
• Good concept of system infrastructure, able to understand various internal systems.
