Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the support and maintenance of large scaled e-Commerce platform using Magento
• Write custom Magento 2 extensions and identify quality Magento 2 community/EE extensions in the market
• Develop the internal system by using PHP
• Support the team on the different stages of system development life cycle, hence to produce deliverables for system design and development, documentation and monitor the implementation against development standard
• Coordinate with other teams on ad-hoc project implementation, analyze requirements and make recommendation on appropriate system approaches in order to fulfill business needs
• Perform platform development, testing, implementation, and maintenance support

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of web development experience
• Solid experience in PHP object-oriented programming & MVC applications, HTML/5, MySQL, JavaScript are strongly desired
• Good knowledge in CSS/LESS, MVC, JQuery and AJAX
• Familiar with Magento 2 and with Magento Certification is a huge plus
• Familiar with automated deployment strategies, and with solid understanding of e-Commerce platform issues and code solutions
• Knowledge to Java, JS frameworks & SQL
• Team player with excellent time management and problem solving skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Analyst Programmer position
