Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as liaison between Account Executives, customers, and SHI internal departments
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support
  • Leverage internal and partner resources to advance an opportunity
  • Provide sourcing, product quotes, pricing, and product information
  • Process sales orders and provide updates throughout the sales process
  • Provide service follow up and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Take initiative to resolve issues
  • Learn and utilize SHI's internal systems

 Job requirements and skills required:

  • College diploma / Tertiary Education or above
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
  • This position is a non-technical job
