Job Description： 

• Represents the company’s Risk interest in the relevant country to industry stakeholders across management level – Partners, regulators, vendors and card brands
• Develop annual country level risk strategy and plans. Ensuring the plans are agreed jointly with internal stakeholders (Country Managers, Product and Trust & Security)
• Engage Partner across functions to ensure risk products / projects / initiatives are delivered timely and received appropriate partner’s attention
• Co-ordinate with country management team and other functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of risk services and products
• Take pro-active steps, jointly with country manager to keep country regulators informed on major fraud events and innovative product risk assessments.
• Provide feedback to regulator’s consultation and enquiries on risk related topics

Ideal candidate:

• An university graduate with at least six years of payment industry experience 
• International exposure with fluency in written and spoken English 
• Possess good communication skills, strategic yet strong in execution
• Able to communicate and motivate teams (internally and externally) to achieve result
• Presentation, negotiation and coaching / training skills
• Able to travel at short notice.
