The incumbents will join our Robotics team to take part in research and development of mobile robot & sensor enabling technologies for local industries.

Job Duties:
The appointee will provide support in research & development activities of the centre and he/she is required to:

• assist in software programming for warehouse mobile robots and logistics applications;
• assist in network setup, data communication as well as experiment set ups & site trials;
• assist in equipment/component/software vendor selections.

Requirements:
Applicants should have:

• A honors degree in Software/Computing Engineering or related disciplines. Higher degree is preferable;
• At least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience;
• Professional in multiple programming language, including C, C#, VB, JAVA, Python
• Good in peripheral programming, communication, driver programming
• Good in computer networking, server client application
• Knowledge in basic database system
• Experience in user interface design
