Job Duties:

• Design, develop and test new medical device which involves programming electronics, building and evaluating prototypes, troubleshooting problems
• Discuss and solve problems of manufacturing and quality control
• Liaise with prototype company to manufacture the prototype for functional testing
• Developing engineering tools and devices
• Building and managing the medical device team for product development
• Update project progress to department head

Requirements:

• PhD in Engineering, Physics or related disciplines
• More than one year of solid experience in the design and fabricate of microfluidic device is preferred
• Knowledge in CAD software rapid printing and experience in molecular biology techniques are desired
• Basic knowledge in medical device industry is an advantage,
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and organized, capable of multi-tasking along with problem-solving expertise
• Dynamic team player with positive attitude and self-motivation
