Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- US Cable manufacturer with Headquarters in Hong Kong and Factory in Dongguan China (500 workers)
- We are looking for FACTORY GENERAL MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Fully responsible for managing Dongguan factory of 500 workers
- Ensure daily smooth factory operation
- Coordinate with Government departments
- Present factory to customers during their factory visits
- Lead, coach and train various department heads
- Degree holder
- Studies in Engineering/Manufacturing/Business Management/Production or related disciplines is a plus
- Solid factory management in running PRC factory of over 400 workers
- Experience in cable or electronics manufacturers is highly prefer
- Knowledgeable in machinery
- Energetic, strong leadership, negotiation and problem solving skill
- Knowledgeable about government requirements
- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Station Dongguan factory
- Accommodations and meals provided
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 14 days
