Job Responsibility

• Coordinate the project development team to take care of all product requirement;
• Able to interface between customers, production engineering and quality team on technical / quality issue associated with cross-functional team to define the solution;
• Drive continuous improvement program with production, engineering and quality team
• Able to define analytical evaluation plan and statistical analysis;
• Continuously upgrade high value-added manufacturing which is not limited to PCB Assembly, SMT and manufacturing automation;
• Design tools for maximizing the output of work areas/facilities;
• Support and encourage an innovative and creative problem-solving environment;
• Collaborate with support personnel and Team Leads to drive Lean methodology and Six Sigma quality to include reducing cycle/flow times, improve process capabilities and reduce waste and to achieve optimal operational efficiency

Job Requirements

• Hold a bachelor or master degree in electrical/electronic or manufacturing engineering;
• At least 3 - 5 years in a managerial capacity with large manufacturers;
• Good knowledge on safety requirements and circuit design in one or more of the following areas: Power electronics, Smart charger, MCU family, and SMPS;
• A strongly communication skill that capable to work independently and cross functional environment / organization to drive quality initiatives with customer;
• Formal training in statistical techniques and widely used in manufacturing environment with Six Sigma training and/or certification highly desired;
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans;
• A believer and driver of continuous improvement activities that will deploy Lean methodology and Six Sigma quality throughout the organization;
• A collaborative partner who is capable of and willing to work with peers and company leadership to foster an organization with world class standard operating practices and quality systems;
• Fluent in Mandarin and English;
• Willing to be based in Panyu, China;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as PiE manager or Senior Electronic Engineer.
