Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Site Survey, Installations and Maintenance requests with client and coordinate internally with supervisors for visiting arrangements;
- Store information collecting and tracking;
- Communicate with clients and follow up with supervisors for client requests;
- Communicate closely with operational back office in Shanghai
Position requirements:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
- Good knowledge in service field;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Spirit of team work
Job Location: Hong Kong
