Job Description
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade B)
- 5 years or above experience in Property Management industry
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong leadership, people and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer
- Immediately available is preferred
