Responsibilities:

• Developing/leading engineering solutions to meet or exceed quality, reliability availability and productivity goals
• To coordinate and document current production procedures, production schedule and create company standards to improve product quality
• Oversee and analyze the materials and manpower planning effectively and efficiently
• Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
• Applies company methodologies and technical expertise of current production tools to design distribution/ transportation operations including staffing, equipment, sizing and layout
• Determines efficient utilization of resources by analyzing layouts, labor force, equipment, driver and equipment utilization charts

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines
• 3-5 working experience in manufacturing, supply chain engineer or related field
• Great interpersonal communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Sense of ownership and good time-management skills
