Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle & monitor all engineering projects from concept through to production
- Lead cross functional teams and manufacturing vendors to make cost effective and high quality products timely
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in hard toys engineering
- Good knowledge of the mold building / manufacturing process
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & ProE
- Resourceful with innovative and cost-efficient ideas on designs and production methods
- Self-motivated, hands-on and with strong leadership skill
- Good command in both English and Chinese
- Frequent travel to China is required
- Applicants with less experience will be considered for Project Engineer
