An exciting opportunity to support the Group CEO in one of the most visionary and dynamic manufacturing conglomerates having operations in the Pearl River Delta, China; with key business focus on precision machining, optical connectivity solutions, etc.

The Job 

• Support the Group CEO in reviewing and monitoring the performance of each business units. 
• Review recommendations submitted by Business Unit Heads, ensure information is in order and report the synopsis to the Group CEO in a timely and precise manner. 
• Follow-up on action items that are to be taken up by Business Unit Heads and ensure these actions are completed timely. 
• Facilitate the communication between the Group CEO and Business Unit Heads. 

The Person 

The successful candidate will be highly driven and passionate with a track record of success. He/ She should have experience in managing a business ideally in a manufacturing concern full P&L responsibility in the past. Other attributes include:  

• A degree in Business Administration or equivalent; 
• Sound business acumen with excellent analytical power; 
• Prior General Manager experience in Operations, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain with world-class best practices; 
• Interpersonally strong in communicating with and influencing multiple stakeholders; and 
• Excellent Putonghua and English language skills.
