Responsibilities

• Preform network implementation, deploy and test new system and service
• Responsible for set up, maintenance and troubleshooting on IT hardware, network and software.
• Solution Preparation/Proposal based on Customers’ Requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Available for 7 x 24 duty (standby).

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or related discipline
• At least 2 years experiences in system or network installation, configuration & support is a must; less experience will be considered as Assistant Network Engineer.
• Certificate holder of CCNA or CCNP would be preferred
• Strong knowledge of networking and security
• A Good team player with strong communication and presentation skills, able to collaborate and build rapport with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects;
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated with positive attitude
• Good command of English & Chinese and able to communicate in Mandarin
