Engineer for Test Development

Responsibilities:

1. Implement technical changes or enhancements to existing test platform.
2. Evaluate and modifies existing test methods, tool designs, manufacturing process procedures and documentation, focus on DFT.
3. Contribute to Design-For-Test input and new product introduction, through expertise in process knowledge, develops test fixtures and programs to test on various test platforms such NHR, Chroma, Home grown ATE systems and supports sustaining test activity of the product.
4. Provide first level technical support to manufacturing for immediate problem resolution and work with design team to implement DFM and DFT lessons learnt from factories
5. Full support to the factories to smoothly running production and launch new products into their production.
6. Optimize the test process with more semi automation process to continue the production testing efficiency.
7. Standardize our test platform

Qualifications:

1. Electrical/ Electronic/Mechanical/Industrial engineering diploma or above.
2. Understanding of Object-oriented concepts in Labview, VB programming
3. Familiar with switching power supply topologies and theory is preferred.
4. Experience in related power supply test and development assembly is preferred
5. Ability to communicate in English (Oral and writing).
6. Demonstrated strong performance of required skills.
7. Strong Work Ethic, and cooperative and self-motivated.
