KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager, the appointee will be responsible for:

-        all aspects of the daily operation and business performance of petrol service stations in the territory

-        working closely with service station operators and their staff to ensure execution excellence of our high standards of operation

-        coordinating with the marketing department in working as a team to devise, review, implement marketing programs for business growth

-        collaborating with internal parties, such as Engineering, to provide a safe and pleasant environment, and deliver the best fueling experience to our customers at petrol service stations

-        recommending and implementing innovative initiatives for operation excellence and business enhancements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

-        A university degree or equivalent, preferably in science, technology, engineering and maths related disciplines. Major in other subjects will also be considered

-        Possesses excellent communication skills, enjoy working with people and be able to manage third party contractors

-        Has creative problem solving skills, sound business sense and ability to work independently and under pressure

-        Enjoy working outdoors

-        Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and English is required

-        Prior working experience in retail is a plus but not a must
