Job Descriptions:

• Report to MD for the HK Group’s procurement related issued by overseeing the operation of Procurement Department
• Lead to develop, implement, and maintain HK Group’s related central procurement strategy, policy and procedures on food & beverage items and no food items including but not limited to disposable, kitchen equipment / utensil, & catering services etc.
• Drive awareness / compliance to adhere to such polies and procedures, through close collaboration and educating the internal customers and external vendors
• Accountable for delivery of specific in-year and annualized savings targets agreed on an annual basis and delivered with an appropriate risk profile
• Continuously develop and maintain a vendor database which is sustainable, financially stable and strategic long term partners who can consistently meet and exceed our requirements on cost, quality and delivery
• Direct the team to prepare, review and renew agreements, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements for price and acceptability of items
• Utilize e-platform applications to drive optimum performance, efficiency and effectiveness
• Regularly service & report to UK Group Procurement Head

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of solid & relevant procurement experience gained from sizable corporations in sourcing / purchasing / supply chain and F&B industry or similar capacity (in which at least 5 years at managerial level)
• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Procurement / Purchasing or Business Administration.  Past experiences in F&B / Catering Industry will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized with strong project management, self-motivated, good quality and working attitude, detailed minded, cost conscientious
• Proficient in Microsoft software both in English and Chinese
• Good command communication of both written & spoken English and Cantonese
