Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new product development and launch, such as formulating seasonal and hero products;
• Formulate marketing strategies and implement marketing plan to drive business and build brand;
• Identify and build marketing communication in both potential platform to promote and maximize brand exposure and profitability;
• Manage A&P budget and conduct business analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaign;
• Conduct market research to analyze market trend, consumers' insight and competitors' strategies;
• Coordinate with operation team to evaluate sales performance and take appropriate action to drive the business;
• Liaise with internal departments and external agencies (such as design agency & printers) to ensure the smooth execution of marketing programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related discipline;
• Minimum 8+ years hands-on marketing experience with at least 3 years in supervisory role managing a marketing team;
• Experience in Hong Kong's catering or retails industry is a definite advantage;
• A strategic thinker with sharp business acumen and possesses strong planning, communications and analytical skills;
• Highly committed and eager to drive initiatives and achieve results;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
