Job Duties: (GSO)

• To carry out daily front desk duties, guests' check-in and check-out procedure, reservation, telephone answering in an effective and efficient way
• To handle and follow up guests’ requests, complaints and inquiries 
• To provide professional and high quality customer services to guests
• Overnight shift is required

Requirements: (GSO)

• Secondary educated or above
• Fresh graduated will also be considered
• 1-2 years relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred
• Service-oriented and a good team player
• Friendly with courteous manner
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Officer

Job Description: (RCO)

• Handle telephone reservations and incoming correspondences;
• Handle guest’s daily reservation;
• Responsible for handling hotel incoming calls;
• Provide high quality services and various information to guests;
• Answer guests’ enquires.   

Requirement: (RCO)

• Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related studies
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Strong communication skills
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Senior Reservation & Communication Officer
