Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the purchasing activities from sourcing, price negotiation, vendor selection, plant visit and stock management of assigned categories
• Work closely with key internal users and handle stores complaints
• Conduct regular vendor evaluation and assessment

Requirements:

• Post-secondary or above, preferably with professional diploma in purchasing & supplies
• Over 2 years solid experience in F&B / catering / procurement & sourcing industry is preferable
• Good command of both written & spoken English, Putonghua & Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
• Independent, able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Purchasing Officer
