Responsibilities: 

• Establish and implement effective demand forecast and inventory management by business analysis & strategies in response to commercial needs within a rapid-changing market.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, finance and supply teams at both local and overseas Market .
• Oversee demand planning and replenishment across all channels.
• Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.
• Identify the discrepancy and inventory issues with recommendations for improvement / enhancement.
• Follow up the inventory availability and production arrangement in order to fulfill customer order delivery.
• Develop the control mechanism to achieve and ensure production targets for fulfilling sales requirements and customer orders.
• Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Statistics or related field
• 7 years or above experience in product planning, with experience in FMCG is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
• Highly numerical and sensitive to figures and trends
• With analytical mindset, detail oriented and able to present key findings to an array of audiences
• Experience with forecasting tools associated with company ERP system is an advantage
