Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of leasing administrative services but not limited to tenancy agreements, leases, licenses and related documents
• Maintain accurate leasing database, filing system and management report
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties such as Landlord, Property Management and Agent to achieve a smooth and quality execution
• Assist in implementing premises takeover and handover, fitting-out as well as renovation project
• Handle ad-hoc document
• Occasional outdoor work is required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in leasing / property management
• Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in leasing / property management
• Candidate who is familiar or interested in local food market would be a great advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attentive to details
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Immediate available is preferred
