Responsibilities

- Working hours: Maximum 18hrs / week
- Salary: $59/ hour
The incumbent will be responsible for providing guest services, handling guest enquiries and complaints, conducting VIP visits, as well as providing administrative support to the Guest Services Department. 

Requirement
- Diploma or above in Tourism and Hospitality or related disciplines
- With at least 1 year working experience, preferably practical experience in hospitality or guest-oriented job in front-line capacity
- Customer-oriented with pleasant manner
- Able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
- Strong communication skills with solid experience in complaint handling
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Willing to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays
