Job Description
- 監督外判清潔及滅蟲承辦商日常清潔及滅蟲工作，定時巡查大廈清潔和滅蟲狀況及發掘需改善的項目，並提出改善建議
- 協助安排大廈清潔滅蟲的日常工作連大做及相關驗收等工作
- 撰寫事件報告定期包括跟進客戶的清潔和滅蟲投訴、提交大廈清潔及滅蟲工作等
- 中五或以上程度，持有清潔管理或相關証書優先；
- 具5年或以上甲級商廈清潔管理經驗，其中最少3年擔任主管或監督職級
- 熟悉甲級商廈的清潔要求、各類清潔工具的操作及相關物料的特性和使用方法
- 具電腦文書處理基本能力，能操基本普通話及英語
