Reporting to QA Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to develop, maintain, and review the food safety & quality systems, ensure product quality within the approved specification and compliance with company standard, conduct in audits from internal and external parties. He/ She will educate and provide training to frontline staff in quality related issue, assist in planning and implementing ISO accreditation. 
 
Requirements:

• Degree equivalent in Food Science, Nutrition or related disciplines
• Min 3 years solid experience in F&B / Food industry/ Factory production
• Familiar with ISO / HACCP system
• Good team player with positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office application and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Assistant QA Officer
