Responsibilities

The incumbent will assist in supervising the daily operations of the Guest Relations Counters. He/she will lead and train a team of frontline staff to render the best guest services to the Park’s visitors, handling enquiries and complaints over counter, conducting VIP visits, supporting all in-park guest services and promotions, preparing all kind of monthly reports, as well as providing administrative support to the Guest Services Department. Besides, carry out any special duties assigned by Senior Guest Services Manager and Guest Relations Manager.

 Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in hospitality or any related disciplines
• With at least 2 years working experience in hospitality industry and guest-oriented job with at least 1 years at supervisory level
• Customer-oriented with pleasant manner
• Strong communication skills with solid experience in complaint escalation handling
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
• Willing to work outdoor, on shifts and during weekends and public holidays
