Duties & Responsibilities

Looking for service staff with all round experience.  

• • Taking guests’ orders
  • Running food
  • Handling CASH & other forms of payment
  • Demonstrating responsible alcohol service
  • Performing opening, closing & side duties – setting up/breaking down station, refilling condiments, cleaning ashtrays, etc
  • Coffee making experience also helpful
  • Demonstrating knowledge of all table/station numbers
  • Satisfying any/all needs of the guests - regularly double checking back with guests throughout their experience
  • Maintaining a clean & organized station – including pre-bussing & table maintenance
  • Effectively communicating with co-workers
  • Creating memorable experiences
  • Entertaining guests
  • Good command in speaking English
  • Min. 2 years experience in relevant field. Candidate with less experience.

Education & Qualifications

Previous experience as Bar/Beverage/Food server is essential. 

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to juggle ten things at once
• Must be confident, clearly spoken and good with people
• Punctual and reliable

If speaks Cantonese then even better!!
