Responsibilities:

• Report to senior manager, to lead and manage the food and beverage operations teams to ensure smooth running for a Chinese restaurant.
• Direct all aspects of operations of the restaurant and control its quality on food and services.
• Ensure and maintain customer services and food and beverage at high standard
• Participation and input towards F&B marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with Company’s operational standards to maximize efficiency.
• Provide coaching & monitoring to frontline members as well as to maintain a team of highly motivated workforce
• Handle ad hoc project and task as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Hospitality or other related disciplines.
• Minimum of 4 years’ working experience in F&B operations of which 2 years are at managerial level.
• Hands-on experience in managing multi-outlet operations and multi-dining concepts ranges from fast casual, casual dining, family style to fine dining.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
