Job Description
Job Duties:
- Responsible for daily quality control inspection
- Prepare quality control reports
- Work closely with warehouse and production team on quality issues
- Assist in maintaining and implementing HACCP / ISO Policy
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
Requirement:
- Diploma holder in Food Science or other related disciplines
- At least 1 year's relevant quality control / inspection experience in food & catering industry
- Certified FEHD Hygiene Manager with knowledge of HACCP / ISO is preferable
- Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills especially Excel & Word
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented
