Responsibilities

• Assist District Manager / Quality Assurance Manager to monitor the food quality, safety and hygiene of shops
• Conduct food sampling, inspection, on-site monitoring and audit for shops
• Investigate and handle the customer complaints of food hygiene and safety
• Assist in ad hoc projects or assignments as required

Requirements:

• College graduate or related disciplines
• At least 1 year solid experience in relevant industries
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Well-versed in Microsoft applications, Chinese word processing and PowerPoint
