Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the property manager to carry out daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, security etc. if required
  • Handle enquires / complaints of customers and visitors at the reception counter in the managed property
  • Visit / communicate with the tenants whenever required for public relationship and for knowing/satisfying their needs
  • Provide administrative support in the property management office
  • Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided
  • Working location: Central, Tuen Mun

 

Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • Candidate with hospitality experience would be a definite advantage
  • At least 3-year relevant working experiences
  • Interested in meeting different kind of people, good listener and is willing to tackle customers’ needs
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
  • Hands-on computer skills
