Our Client, a manufacturer of 3D digital scanners and clear aligners used in orthodontics. Now is seeking  for a Hospitality Desk Ambassador to support its complex activities in Hong Kong.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and maintain high-level customer service and ensure customers experience the Align Brand and values.
• Promote and upsell products to each potential customer.
• Maintain store's inventory and implement proper policies and procedures.
• Maintain general upkeep and cleanliness of the store.
• Coordinate in store events as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated customer service ability with at least 1 years experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced business.
• Available to work weekends and evenings.
• Tech savvy.
• Must be 18+ years of age to handle store equipment
