Senior Reservations Executive

We are looking for a bright, capable person to work in our Leisure FIT & Group Reservations Department where you will be the bridge between our clients overseas and our suppliers in Hong Kong. You will be required to handle all communication related to bookings, quotations, requests and confirmations prior to the customers arrival and to coordinate delivery of the above services to the customer during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond and process quotations, reservations and booking requests efficiently and professionally

- Booking all pre-contracted ground services requested by the customer

- Liaise and coordinate with 3rd parties and handle customer inquiries

- Ensure accurate record keeping for billing and operations accuracy

-  Prepare Welcome and Arrival packs for clients

- Ensure accuracy of services in line with company standards and policies

- Manage and hold the emergency/operations phone after hours on intermittent shift rotation basis

Required Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 year’s work experience preferably within the inbound tourism industry

- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory

- Ability to work independently and without supervision

- Knowledge of Hong Kong tourism products

- Experience working with the UK or USA market desirable

- Proficient in MS Office

- Cantonese speaking mandatory

- Immediately available is preferable

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Reservations Executive role.
