Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing strategic marketing plans to promote the brand.
- Manage social media channels to deliver marketing message
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of promotional & communication programs
- Collaborate with operation team on product development and implementation, to ensure the smooth execution of marketing programs
- Establish network and collaborate with business partners to explore new promotion channels and joint promotion opportunities
- Conduct store visits to ensure SOP are followed
- Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of outlets to maximize sales and efficiency
- To manage, train, motivate and mentor front-line with expectations of their respective plans
- Prepare operational analysis, reports and recommendations
- Outdoor work is required
- Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by management
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations, or related disciplines
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Marketing / Public Relations field
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Basic knowledge in Social Media and Digital Marketing
- Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player, able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadline
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Brand Officer
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
