Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing strategic marketing plans to promote the brand.
• Manage social media channels to deliver marketing message
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of promotional & communication programs
• Collaborate with operation team on product development and implementation, to ensure the smooth execution of marketing programs
• Establish network and collaborate with business partners to explore new promotion channels and joint promotion opportunities
• Conduct store visits to ensure SOP are followed
• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of outlets to maximize sales and efficiency
• To manage, train, motivate and mentor front-line with expectations of their respective plans
• Prepare operational analysis, reports and recommendations
• Outdoor work is required
• Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations, or related disciplines
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Marketing / Public Relations field
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Basic knowledge in Social Media and Digital Marketing
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team player, able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadline
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Brand Officer
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
