Responsibilities:

- Support daily administration matters including office supplies, office facilities, repair and maintenance and maintain inventory record

-  Handle customer inquiries and requests

-  Manage incoming calls

-  Manage booking for meeting rooms

-  Arrange incoming and outgoing mail and courier delivery

-  Assist in implementing relevant policies and ensure its compliance

Requirements:

- Form 6 graduate or above

- 2 years’ relevant working experience in customer service / administration

- Dynamic, strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and communication skill

- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing

- Fresh graduate with good attitude will also be considered
