Job Description
Responsibilies:
-
Provide high quality customer services in Grade A commercial building including managing visitors registration and enquiries

Handle general enquiries and complaints, and daily operations of our property management services

Pay courtesy visits to the tenants regularly, handle and follow up their requests to ensure a smooth business operation under a pleasant environment

Assist in preparing monthly reports for management review
Requirements:
-
Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
-
Fresh graduates in Hospitality / Travel / Business Administration or related disciplines will also be considered

At least 1 year’s frontline experience, preferably gained in property management industry
-
Cheerful, proactive with good communication skill
-
Proficiency in MS Office applications

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua is must
