Job Description
Responsibilities
- Managing reservations and enquiries for the customer
- Responsible for greeting guests
- Assisting in daily service
- Provide quality service to restaurant guests, ensure smooth operations and strive for customer delights
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of related experience as hostess or customer service.
- Must be well-versed in restaurant hygiene;
- Team player, work hard, good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Creative and quality-oriented;
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
- Applicants with no experience are welcomed as well;
