Our client is one of the well established and sizable organization in Hong Kong with business in entertainment, F&B and retail. Due to the re-branding project of the business units, they are looking for a Project Manager to join and lead the team. They are looking for passionate candidate to be part of this mega project!

Responsibilities

• Work closely and collaborate with other functional teams likes properties, HR, marketing, operations for project planning
• Set budget, project priority, tendering as well as result evaluation for the projects
• Identify the project risk through project management, communication as well as vendor management to ensure the projects go as planned
• Manage the project quality, budget spending, project size and involvement parties
• Participate in the top management meeting to report the process of the projects as well as the achievements and potential risk
• Manage ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline is welcome
• Strong requirement in project management
• At least 10 years experience in retail, F&B, telecommunication or banking branches opening or renovation is welcomed
• Strong project management skills with leadership skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills with effective communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must
